Apex Knife Sharpening is owned and operated by a U.S. Air Force Veteran, 40-year Flower Mound resident and retired long-term business owner who's discovered a love and passion for creating very sharp edges. Apex specializes in commercial and residential knife and household scissor sharpening. With my extensive professional experience, you can be assured of the best service available.
Trust Apex to deliver prompt, professional service with a focus on customer satisfaction--my number one priority. To ensure this, I utilize multiple Tormek T8 Sharpening Systems, two 1x30 belt sanders and multiple radial disc abrasives. Whether you own or manage a restaurant, or you're a home chef, you want your tools to always be at their apex. I strive to obtain this result with each and every knife.

Commercial
From small diners to large restaurants, we come to you, pick up your items and return them sharp and ready to work, typically within 24-48 hours.

Residential
Home chefs can drop off their items at our local Flower Mound shop or order free pick up/delivery (minimum $50 order) if they're in the Flower Mound area. Items are typically ready, with a nice sharp apexed edge, in 2-4 business days .

Pricing
Turn-around time is generally 24-48 hours for commercial and 2-4 business days for residential service.Minor repairs for broken tips, small chips, light surface clean up and polish are included in the sharpening service.
